- Main Admin User: Can manage all Company users, including deactivation and reactivation of accounts.
- Employees: Can access assigned tasks and documents via the mobile app.

HUBFORM operates on a recurring payment basis, with automatic deductions every 30 days. Users can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plans at any time. A deactivated plan restricts access until reactivated.
